If you are interested in losing weight you should read the other articles on this site on tips to lose weight but you also have to be aware of the dangers of fast weight loss. Don’t get me wrong, losing weight is healthy and it poses no dangers when done correctly. Each year hundreds of thousands of people are interested in getting a few pounds off and look better.

People treat their bodies bad and eat all sorts of junk food and sugary drinks for years on end and then they want to look like the guy or girl from the cover of the magazine… in a week.

If you don’t live in fantasy land you can understand that objective is not hard, it is simply impossible. Trying to do these tips to lose weight is good for you, but interpret them in a realistic way. Even if you follow all the tips to lose weight fast for a week you will not look like a model or a bodybuilder. Miracles don’t happen, you have to work to get that fat off.

The dangers of weight loss can be a problem for people that go totally radical by taking to much prescription pills without the doctors approval, people that don’t eat for 4 or 5 days because they have some party, wedding or special event coming up and people that try to kill themselves by doing to much exercise.

If you stop eating it won’t help you lose weight because you are going to hold out and the binge like crazy. It won’t help you lose weight but it is a big danger for your body. Many people don’t understand that by doing a lot of exercise you will not see results after 2 days or a week. Overdoing exercise is a less common problem because most people are so lazy, but it is still a danger. Running on a treadmill for 2 hours or 1 hour when you didn’t run for 15 minutes in the last 5 years is not a good idea. You might get a heart attack or something bad along those lines!

The main danger of fast weight loss is people using prescription medications and other weight loss supplements from dubious origins alone or a combination of both. All weight loss supplements on the market are safe but read the label. If it says you should not combine it with other fat burners don’t try it. The warning is there for a reason. If you have health problems and want to follow these tips to lose weight you should see a doctor before you start to take the supplements.

When you want to lose weight fast you have to use your head and make a plan. Don’t go to extremes, don’t stop eating, don’t exercise like crazy, and don’t overdo the weight loss products.

  1. I have tried to loose weight more than 5 times in the last years. These were my serious attempts but I always get mixed information from different tv shows and articles and don’t end up doing anything right and then I quit. I think that if you stick with the basics like you say and keep doing it, the results are inevitable. But it does require a lot of suffering and hard work!
